BOOKING PROCEDURE AND CONFIRMATIONS
  • All reservations could be relayed and made through Sutra Bali by email, facsimile or writing
  • Inquiries of reservations should be informed to Sutra Bali in detail of efficiently arrival/departure dates, flight number, total persons involved, alternative hotels and specify tourism choice beside an optional tour program or other inquiries
  • All reservations are based on request basis and should be made directly to

HIGH/PEAK SEASON PERIODS
A Minimum stay is required for high/peak season period whereas all rates are subject to availability

DEPOSIT
It is customary for hotels to require one night deposit for reservations made during high/peak seasons such as deposit are nonrefundable or non transferable

All the payments should be settled within 3days after our pro-forma invoice received through bank transfer to the following bank:

REFUND
No refund for unused service after tour commencement

INSURANCE
Tourist insurance is included on all transfers and optional tours
Benefit schedules
  • Personal Accident, maximum US$10,000,-
  • Accidental Medical Expenses, Emergency Accidental Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains, maximum US$25,000,-
  • Personal Liability, maximum US$10,000,-
  • 24 hours Emergency Assistance
NOTE:
  • The benefits can be claimed if you buy at least one optional tour and at the time of occurrence is being accompanied by our tour guide and use of  our transportation
  • The benefit do not cover own activities or own program

FORCE MAJEURE
We have no responsibility in case of force majeure, delayed airplane or other personal accidents which bring about delayed program and increase personal expenses which are beyond our control. Matters constituting force majeure shall be natural disaster, war, riot, strike, epidemic, sabotage, fire, and government policy officially related directly to the performance of the work that are reasonably inevitable because it is beyond human capability.

LIABILITY
Sutra Bali acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, restaurant and other contractor providing the services and therefore we are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourist including those occurring outside the tour program.
